The Fort Wayne, Indiana Marine Toys for Tots and the Salvation Army, Angel Tree Program will be taking applications for Christmas assistance on the following dates. The first letter of your last name (head of household/applicant) will determine which date you may come in for an interview.
Toys for Tots assists children Newborn through 14 years old.

*Translators will be available on Monday, October 19. Please come on this day regardless of your last name if you need this service.
Applicants needing translators are ENCOURAGED to come Monday the 19th.
DOORS OPEN from 9AM - Noon and again from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
Location: Salvation Army, 2901 N. Clinton St.
Applications will only be taken on the dates listed above, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Documentations must be Original or Official forms, NO COPIES will be accepted.
Applicants must bring all the listed documentation or you will be denied an interview and may not be eligible to receive assistance.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION MUST BE PRESENTED AT INTERVIEW SIGN-IN
1.Government issued Photo ID (Head of Household/Applicant)
2.Proof of address (current utility bill/lease agreement, etc.)
3.Social Security Card for all members of household
4.Original Birth Certificate for all children 18 and under
5.Proof of all income
6.Proof of all Expenses
Missing documents may result in being denied an interview. If you are concerned about what documentations to bring in or are afraid you are missing documents, please call us before coming in.
Only parent or legal guardian may apply for assistance, if Legal Guardian, Legal Documentation must be provided.
Children may only be signed up one time!
